Some NPCs will be able to interact with your character.
Talking with NPCs can provide valuable information regarding quests. If an NPC can converse with your character, the talk option will appear when you left click on an NPC.
Left click on the talk option in the NPC's menu to see a list of topics the NPC can talk about.
